1. Acceptance
This User Agreement forms a binding agreement between you and Qlea for your access to and use of the Qlea mobile application, game features, content, virtual items, and related player controls.
By installing, opening, playing, purchasing, or otherwise using Qlea, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Qlea.
2. About Qlea
Qlea is a portrait mobile action game centered on a mirror-enemy combat loop. Enemies imitate, learn from, or predict player moves. Players use attacks, charged actions, dashes, dodges, blocks, feints, cancels, rhythm breaks, terrain traps, growth upgrades, and cosmetic expansion content to create counterattack windows.
3. Eligibility and Minors
You may use Qlea only if you can lawfully accept this Agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement with you.
Qlea is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, or under another digital consent age that applies where you live, you may use Qlea only with appropriate parent or guardian consent and supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for device controls, purchase restrictions, and the minor's activity in Qlea.
4. Fair Play and Acceptable Use
Qlea is designed around skill, timing, and psychological combat. To keep the experience fair and stable, you agree that you will not:
- Modify, tamper with, decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Use cheats, scripts, automation, exploit tools, payment bypasses, altered clients, or abnormal data to gain an unfair advantage or unlock content improperly.
- Disrupt game performance, attack the App, overload systems, bypass purchase validation, or attempt unauthorized access to data or features.
- Use Qlea for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-compromising activity.
- Upload, select, display, or send content that you do not have the right to use, or that is illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, threatening, or invasive of another person's privacy.
We may restrict, remove, reset, disable, or stop supporting access to features if we reasonably believe the App is being misused, payment has been reversed or abused, local data has been manipulated, or continued access would create legal, security, fairness, or operational risk.
5. Local Progress, Settings, and Game Records
Qlea's current version saves many items locally on your device, including player level, completed levels, selected level, selected growth or expansion items, music and sound choices, haptic setting, visual effect intensity, control sensitivity, privacy acceptance status, coin balance, processed transaction identifiers, and user-selected expansion card images.
Local data can be affected by uninstalling the App, resetting local data, clearing device storage, changing devices, restoring from backup, operating system behavior, or App updates. Because the current version does not include a Qlea account or cloud sync, local progress and locally stored coins may not automatically transfer between devices unless platform backup tools preserve them.
You are responsible for using device backup, family controls, and purchase controls made available by Apple or your device platform.
6. Coins, Virtual Items, and In-App Purchases
Qlea may offer optional coin packages and other virtual items. Purchases are processed through Apple in-app purchase. Apple may show price, tax, confirmation, payment, family approval, refund, and receipt information according to its own rules and settings.

| Refunds | Refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are generally handled through Apple unless applicable law gives you another remedy. If a refund, chargeback, or reversal is granted, Qlea may remove the related coins or items where technically possible and lawful. |
| No unauthorized resale | You may not sell, trade, transfer, sublicense, rent, or exchange coins, virtual items, progress, or local game data outside Qlea. |
7. User-Selected Images
Qlea may allow you to select an image from your device photo library for local expansion card display. The current version uses the system photo picker and stores selected images locally in the App's device storage. Qlea does not need full photo library access for this current picker flow, and selected images are not uploaded to a Qlea server by the current version.
You are responsible for the images you select. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them in Qlea. Do not select images that infringe another person's rights, expose private information without permission, or violate applicable law.
8. Ownership and License
Qlea, including its game design, interface, artwork, code, gameplay systems, enemies, maps, characters, names, logos, text, audiovisual content, and other materials, is owned by Qlea or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to this Agreement, Qlea grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Qlea on devices you own or control for personal gameplay. No ownership interest in Qlea or its content is transferred to you.
You retain your rights in images you select from your device. You grant Qlea only the limited permission needed for the App to display, store, resize, cache, and manage those images locally as part of the feature you choose to use.
9. App Store Platform Rules
If you download or use Qlea through Apple App Store, your use of Apple software, Apple account, Apple in-app purchase, family sharing, device settings, refunds, and purchase history may also be governed by Apple rules and policies. Apple is not responsible for Qlea's content, maintenance, support, or legal compliance except as required by applicable Apple rules or law.
If Apple or another platform rule conflicts with this Agreement, the platform rule may control for that platform relationship. This does not remove rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Updates, Availability, and Testing Features
Qlea may change over time. We may add, rebalance, rename, remove, pause, replace, or limit features, enemies, levels, maps, visual effects, virtual items, prices, purchase packages, local storage behavior, or supported devices.
Some features may be experimental, limited by device performance, unavailable in certain regions, or dependent on Apple systems. We try to keep Qlea stable, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.
11. Health, Safety, and Device Use
Qlea includes fast action, visual effects, haptics, flashes, mirror cracks, and combat feedback. Stop playing and consult a medical professional if you experience discomfort, dizziness, eyestrain, motion sensitivity, repetitive strain, or any other concerning symptoms. Use device settings to reduce sound, haptics, brightness, motion, or visual intensity when needed.
Do not play while driving, walking in unsafe environments, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires attention to your surroundings.
12. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qlea is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that are not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qlea and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, device availability, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Some jurisdictions, including parts of the United States, Canada, Singapore, and Australia, do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. In those places, the exclusions and limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.
13. Regional Consumer and Legal Rights
This Agreement is intended to operate globally, including for users in California, other U.S. states, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and other regions. Local laws may provide non-waivable rights related to digital content, privacy, purchases, refunds, age requirements, accessibility, unfair contract rules, consumer guarantees, remedies, or complaint processes.
For example, Australian consumers may have rights under consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Canadian users may have provincial consumer rights. Singapore users may have rights under applicable consumer and personal data laws. California users and users in other U.S. states may have rights under state consumer and privacy laws. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived.

14. Ending Use
You may stop using Qlea at any time by deleting the App from your device. Deleting the App may remove local progress, locally stored card images, settings, coins, and other local data according to device platform behavior.
Sections that by their nature should survive ending use will continue to apply, including ownership, fair play restrictions, purchase rules, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute-related provisions, and mandatory legal rights.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes to Qlea, law, platform requirements, privacy practices, purchase flows, safety needs, or business operations. When changes are material, we will use reasonable means to notify users, such as an in-app notice, updated effective date, or other appropriate communication.
Your continued use of Qlea after an updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the updated Agreement, except where additional consent is required by law.
